Residential Monitoring & Maintenance plans

 

We provide both standard and fully comprehensive monitoring, maintenance and service plan for your ABS alarm. Both plans include engineers visiting your premises to perform preventative maintenance checks to ensure your alarm is fully operational. Here at ABS alarms we have a 24-hour technical support helpline where an alarm engineer is always available to assist. You will also receive 24-hour access to our alarm receiving centre.

Standard Monitoring & Maintenance from £18 per month.

Our Standard plan gives customers the benefits of having a monitored alarm system at a reasonable price, should your alarm be activated, the ARC will call your nominated keyholders.

You will have access to our 24 hr technical support helpline and receive an annual routine maintenance inspection.

Comprehensive Monitoring & Maintenance from £24 per month

Our fully Comprehensive monitoring, maintenance and service plans starts at just £24 per month. Our comprehensive plan includes full police, fire (if you have a smoke detector fitted with your alarm) and keyholder response as well as 2 routine maintenance inspections to ensure your alarm is in good working order and to replace any batteries.

You will have access to our 24 hr technical support helpline and our engineers are on hand to provide a 4 hr emergency call out to your property for any urgent faults, giving you total peace of mind
